Home Health Occupational Therapists (OT) at HealthFlex specialize in assisting patients to regain independence in daily activities. They are responsible for assessing individual needs, creating customized plans, and implementing therapies to improve functional abilities, adapt environments, and enhance the quality of life for patients, all within the familiar setting of their homes.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted CA OT License
- 1 year OT experience
- Current AHA CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Assisting patients to regain independence in daily activities
- Assess individual needs
- Create customized plans
- Implement therapies to improve functional abilities, adapt environments, and enhance quality of life
