About The Position

Home Health Occupational Therapists (OT) specialize in assisting patients to regain independence in daily activities. They assess individual needs, create customized plans, and implement therapies to improve functional abilities, adapt environments, and enhance quality of life, all within the comfort of patients' homes. HealthFlex is a privately owned agency dedicated to serving communities across the San Francisco Bay Area, North Bay, Central Valley, and the Greater Sacramento Area. The agency offers support for administrative duties, documentation, and provides access to Medbridge for creating home exercise programs. They aim to minimize drive time by providing a territory radius of 5-10 miles and value work-life balance with flexible scheduling and autonomy in managing hours. Requirements

Current and unrestricted CA OT License
1 year OT experience
Current AHA CPR certification
Valid Driver's License
