Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• CA Licensed Physical Therapist.
• CPR Certified.
• Recent Physical within last year.
• Clear TB Test.
• Works well unsupervised.

Nice To Haves

• Experience (Entry Levels to Seasoned).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients.
• Follow-up patients.
• Treatments are 45-minutes.
• Easy laptop documentation.
• See 1 to 7 patients in a week.
