Eyas Landing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead to join their multidisciplinary team. This role involves providing evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative and innovative environment. The OT Department Lead will provide occupational therapy to children and families in the clinic, clients' schools, and homes, while also overseeing a team of Occupational Therapists. The position focuses on working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. Key responsibilities include fostering each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through individualized therapy, implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches (DIR/Floortime, IRM, reflex integration), collaborating with physical and speech therapists and social workers, documenting progress, communicating with families, and providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to the OT team.
