About The Position

Our Banner Physical Therapy center is seeking an Occupational Therapist with a special interest in oncology and lymphedema to join its growing local ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. Adult outpatient experience is required, and the center is willing to consider candidates with Level II fieldwork experience. While lymphedema and/or cancer rehabilitation experience is preferred, training can be provided for individuals who are passionate but lack prior experience. The caseload will primarily consist of oncology and lymphedema patients, with orthopedic backfill as the schedule dictates. This is an opportunity to join a highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, which delivers rehabilitative services aimed at improving the quality of life for individuals affected by cancer. The ReVital team offers necessary education and training for therapists committed to treating a diverse patient population. ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program exclusively offered by Select Medical, with a vision to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care. Its network of over 900 specially trained, multidisciplinary therapists collaborates closely with oncologists and cancer patients to develop personalized rehabilitation plans.

Requirements

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy
• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certified
• Adult OP experience required (level II fieldwork considered)

• Lymphedema interest/experience/certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
