Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota as an Occupational Therapist.
Demonstrated skills in the areas of organization, communication, interpersonal relations, leadership, decision making and problem solving.
Current occupational therapy licensure in the state of Minnesota.
NBCOT certification as an OTR is required for employment at Mayo Clinic (both upon hiring and ongoing certification every 3 years).

Nice To Haves

Board certification in clinical specialty area and/or advanced degree in health care field.
Active participation within professional organization.
