About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist - Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week travel assignment in St. Louis, MO. This position involves designing and administering treatment programs to increase patients' (residents') levels of functioning, using therapeutic exercises and activities to improve or maintain strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination. The role also requires maintaining timely and accurate patient records and reports, supervising Assistant/Aide staff, and designing and fabricating splints as specified by doctors' prescriptions.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of OT experience; 2 years preferred
LTC or SNF experience
MO State License is required
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Must complete additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Nice To Haves

2 years of OT experience preferred
