About The Position
The Occupational Therapist Lead-Rehabilitation Services is a full-time position responsible for administering evaluations, implementing treatment plans, and completing documentation for patients requiring Occupational Therapy services. This role also involves assisting with program development for the Occupational Therapy department and providing leadership and support to staff, collaborating with other departments, and resolving concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited/approved program in Occupational Therapy.
- Nationally certified or eligible for certification with NBCOT.
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as O.T. with State of Nebraska.
- Holds and maintains CPR Certification.
- Able to obtain Medication Aide as needed.
Responsibilities
- Administers evaluations and implements treatment plans for patients requiring O.T. services.
- Completes documentation for patients requiring O.T. services.
- Assists with program development for the Occupational Therapy department.
- Provides leadership and support for staff.
- Works with other departments and resolves concerns.
