About The Position
This is a per diem position with a varying schedule, and you will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital located at 1401 E State St. Additional compensation components may include evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy.
Responsibilities
- Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs as required.
