About The Position

The Occupational Therapist II provides a full range of occupational therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning. The essential functions listed below are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties that may be assigned to this position, nor does it restrict the duties which may be assigned to this position if such duties reasonably relate to the position.

Requirements

  • Occupational Therapy License or proof of eligibility from California Board of Occupational Therapy
  • Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
  • Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a licensed occupational therapist
  • If assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval will be required within one year of hire if qualified for CCS paneling requirement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to travel to clinics, and other campus offices as determined by patient and scheduling needs.
  • Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
