The Occupational Therapist I plans and administers occupational therapy evaluation and treatment programs in alignment with the Wisconsin State Practice Act. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Satisfactory completion of clinical work as required by the university attended.
Previous work experience indicating the ability to assume responsibilities within a team context.
Valid driver’s license when driving a vehicle for work-related reasons.
CPR certification.
Valid Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License.
NBCOT certification.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work efficiently.
Ability to demonstrate proficiency with skills defined by the needs of patients on the caseload.
Ability to maintain composure under stressful working conditions.
Proficient computer use and application, including intranet, Word, Excel, keyboarding, SharePoint, and email.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of experience in a comparable role.
Experience with computerized documentation systems.
