About The Position

Atlantic Health is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services to children aged birth to three years old who are eligible for early intervention services in the Multidisciplinary Department at Atlantic Health Goryeb Children’s Hospital. Services will also be provided in the child's natural environment, including their home and child care/daycare programs. This position is a temporary role to cover a full-time employee's leave of absence from May to October 2026.

Requirements

Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
At least one year of experience in early intervention (specifically ages birth to five years) with developmental delays and disabilities.

Responsibilities

Following NJEIS policy and procedures
Entering accurate information into EIMS on a timely basis.
Preparing IFSP outcomes and Form 13 with parental input.
Submitting monthly paperwork on time.
Participating in AHS EIP Team Meetings.
Serving as a resource to AHS Team Members.
Promoting use of practice standards across discipline specific evidence-based competencies.
