About The Position

Mass General Brigham Home Care is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to deliver meaningful, one-on-one care. This role offers the opportunity for greater autonomy, stronger patient relationships, and a more rewarding practice by focusing on patients' needs. The Occupational Therapist will use clinical judgment, creativity, and compassion to help patients regain independence and safely perform daily activities in their homes. The position is represented by the collective bargaining unit, Massachusetts Nurses Association (MNA).

Requirements

Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
Minimum 2 years experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as an Occupational Therapist
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments
Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile technology
Ability to travel within assigned territory
