About The Position

Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, one-on-one care to patients in their homes, focusing on helping them regain independence and safely perform daily activities. The position emphasizes autonomy, stronger patient relationships, and a more rewarding practice. As part of the Home Care team, you will utilize your clinical judgment, creativity, and compassion to deliver patient-centered occupational therapy. The role involves managing your own daily schedule, providing education to empower patients and caregivers, and improving patients' quality of life. The position is represented by a collective bargaining unit, Massachusetts Nurses Association (MNA).

Requirements

Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
Minimum 2 years experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as an Occupational Therapist
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments
Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile technology
Ability to travel within assigned territory
