About The Position
Select Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Hand Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient team. Treat a variety of upper extremity conditions including post-op fractures, tendon injuries, and more. Splinting experience preferred. Manage 10–12 patients per day using evidence-based care. Work alongside top hand surgeons in a well-equipped clinic. Be part of a growing national hand therapy program. Minimum 2 years of hand therapy experience required.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an AOTA accredited school of Occupational Therapy and state OT License required
- Experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedics is required
- Occupational Therapists with a minimum of two (2) yr recent hand therapy experience.
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
- Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
- Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
- Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
- Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
