About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Occupational Hand Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Roseville, CA. Our clinics are fully equipped to support a wide range of patient needs, from post-surgical rehabilitation to non-operative conditions and work conditioning. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a skilled, multidisciplinary team while treating a diverse patient population. Requirements

• 1+ year of hand therapy experience
• Splinting experience required
• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license
• 1 year minimum exp in hands required

Nice To Haves

• At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
• Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
• Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
• Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
