Mass General Brigham relies on a wide range of professionals, including doctors, nurses, business people, tech experts, researchers, and systems analysts to advance our mission. As a not-for-profit, we support patient care, research, teaching, and community service, striving to provide exceptional care. We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham. We are currently seeking a 40-hour Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or a therapist in the process of preparing for CHT certification to join our esteemed hand therapy practice at MGH in Boston, MA. Our team of 10 experienced CHTs collaboratively delivers exceptional care. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in managing patients with hand and upper extremity diagnoses, using therapeutic techniques to restore physical function and promote patient independence in daily activities. Our clinic serves both scheduled appointments and walk-in patients from MD visits, requiring candidates to demonstrate evidence-based clinical reasoning and advanced treatment skills, including splinting. We offer ongoing mentorship and opportunities for clinical growth through internal continuing education, along with substantial personal CE funding for conferences. Additionally, CHTs may be called upon to participate in program planning and protocol development, and to assist in covering other locations if needed.
