About The Position

Panorama Physical Therapy, in partnership with Upstream Rehab, is seeking an Occupational Therapist specializing in Hand Therapy. This role focuses on providing patient-centered, one-on-one care in an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine setting. The position emphasizes a collaborative atmosphere, working closely with orthopedic surgeons and their teams to contribute to the betterment of patients and communities. The company is committed to empowering therapists and fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements

Current or pending OT license
Minimum 1 year Licensed OT Hand Therapy experience
Splinting experience
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
CPR certified

Nice To Haves

Experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine
Experience in a team atmosphere

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered, one-on-one care in an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine setting.
Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and their teams.
Contribute to the betterment of patients and communities through individualized care.
Participate in opportunities for physician interaction, including clinic shadowing and surgery observation.
Potentially become a Certified Instructor (CI) and/or a mentor.
Engage in Orthopedic and Sports Residencies available in-house.
Participate in the Leadership Development Program.
