About The Position
LifeWorks is hiring an Occupational Therapist in Tracy, CA to provide coverage for Tracy-area clients. This is a flexible part-time position offering a manageable starting caseload of 4-5 clients with potential for growth. The role is ideal for a dedicated and compassionate therapist passionate about helping children and families. Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current California Occupational Therapist license
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with clients with developmental, physical, or cognitive challenges preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide engaging, client-centered occupational therapy sessions
- Support development of functional, motor, sensory, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote carryover at home
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to strong client outcomes
- Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing professional development
