About The Position

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. As an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist, you can make a positive impact on children and families! Teammates work directly with children from birth through age three and their families, using a coaching model to empower the parents to be the ones who provide the needed supports and techniques to help their child succeed and achieve their goals. Services are provided in the child's natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community setting. This is a per visit position (5-19 hours per week) with the opportunity to build to part time or potentially full time depending on need, flexibility, etc.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in respective state
  • At least one year of experience working with children ages 5 years and younger as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist
  • Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in person skills testing)
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Must have completed fellowship year and earned their Certificate of Clinical Competence
