This position is for an Occupational Therapist with Certified Lymphedema Therapist credentials in an Outpatient Therapy setting, working on a PRN/As Needed basis. Requirements
- Bachelors of Occupational Therapy.
- Current BLS certification through AHA (or ability to obtain at time of hire).
- Occupational Therapist licensure required through State of WI.
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT).
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of occupational therapist experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates individuals referred for occupational therapy services.
- Establishes an occupational therapy prognosis and plan of treatment.
- Implements OT treatment for patients based on evaluation results and plan of care.
- Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment.
- Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery.
- Supervises occupational therapy assistants and aides.
