About The Position

Momentum Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced and passionate Certified Hand Therapist to join their dynamic team and expand their hand therapy department. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions, developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques, providing patient education, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care. The position also requires contributing to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture.

Requirements

• Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification or actively working toward certification.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of hand therapy experience in an outpatient or orthopedic setting.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong clinical skills in hand therapy, manual therapy, and upper extremity rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and collaboration.
• Commitment to continued learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities
