About The Position

Provides patient care and patient related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist and in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements and Company policies and procedures. This role involves demonstrating commitment to the company's mission, values, and standards of ethical behavior. The ideal candidate will model a positive and professional image, assist co-workers, and promote teamwork. Ensuring residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect, and their rights are protected is paramount. The position requires respecting and upholding residents' personal and property rights, complying with all company and departmental policies, treating patients as directed by a licensed therapist, and traveling or floating between facilities as determined by a supervisor and patient needs.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program
Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants
High school diploma or equivalent required.
