PT Solutions is hiring Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) in Calhoun, GA, to provide rehabilitation therapy services in collaboration with Advent Health-Gordon. This PRN position requires availability for 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, and 1 minor holiday.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy assistant program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification.
Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment for treatment and assist an Occupational Therapist with rehabilitative activities for patients.
- Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have the ability to exceed their functional goals.
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (e.g., physicians, case management, nurses, etc.).
