About The Position
Premier Pediatric Therapy is a trusted provider of in-home pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy services. Our mission is to support children and families by providing high-quality, compassionate care that helps children develop the skills, confidence, and independence they need to succeed. We are currently seeking motivated Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to join our growing Houston team. Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of Texas
- Ability to work independently in a home health setting
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR)
- Support children in developing functional skills related to daily living, play, and school participation
- Communicate and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary care team
- Document sessions and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals
