Requirements

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active (or eligible) North Carolina COTA license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient independence and quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
