About The Position
The Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) will perform occupational therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and work to improve patient independence and safety. This role involves assessing ADLs and functional limitations, educating caregivers and patients, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams. The position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships within Palm Beach County.
Requirements
- Active Florida OT License
- Strong clinical reasoning skills
