About The Position
Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate, licensed COTA to provide outpatient occupational therapy services in a Home Setting. Join our team and help older adults maintain their independence and quality of life through exceptional geriatric care.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Florida COTA license
Nice To Haves
- Two years of clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence
- Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Provide any necessary treatment equipment or devices
