About The Position
Administers occupational therapy treatments to patients working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist in an Inpatient Care setting.
Requirements
- OTA licensed in the state of Florida
- Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification
- 6 months acute/IRF experience
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of treatment plans
- Carry out routine functions
- Document the progress of treatment
- Modify specific treatments in accordance with patient status and within the scope of treatment plans established by a licensed occupational therapist
- Manage a specific caseload of patients
- Make computerized documentation
