Requirements
- A Licensed Pro: You hold a current OT license in the state of Ohio (CPR certification is a big plus!).
- A Critical Thinker: You thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving the "puzzle" of complex patient needs.
- A Great Communicator: Whether you’re counseling a family or updating a supervisor, you’re clear, empathetic, and professional.

Responsibilities
- Leading the charge on ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and exercises.
- Utilizing modalities and assistive devices to help residents reclaim their independence.
- Collaborating closely with supervisors and the medical team to crush treatment goals and navigate barriers.
- Managing clinical documentation and treatment minutes within our electronic systems with precision and care.
