About The Position
We are seeking a flexible Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Long-Term Care Communities, and Home Health in the South Dallas area (Cedar Hill, Lancaster, Dallas, Duncanville, DeSoto). Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Occupational Therapist Assistant license in good standing (state-specific).
- Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or home health.
