About The Position
Synergy Care is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at The Traditions–Clearfork in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a part-time opportunity for a compassionate and motivated COTA looking for a rewarding role. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans, assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence, document patient progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Texas COTA license
- NBCOT Certification

Responsibilities
