About The Position
Synergy Care is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at The Traditions–Lover's Lane in Dallas, Texas. This is a part-time opportunity for a compassionate and motivated COTA passionate about helping others improve their independence and quality of life.
Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Texas COTA license
- NBCOT Certification
- CPR Certification

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care
- Help create meaningful and engaging therapy experiences for residents
