About The Position
Always Best Care Home Health is a growing Medicare-certified agency serving patients across Oahu. We're looking for compassionate Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants who help patients regain independence through personalized, in-home care. Potential to Earn $110,000-$120,000/Year. Pay: OT: $80 per visit, COTA: $60 per visit. Location: Oahu, HI (reliable transportation required). Schedule: Flexible / Per diem, build your own caseload.
Requirements
- Licensed OT or COTA in Hawaii
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health a plus)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services to clients in their homes
