About The Position

Evaluate patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial deficits. Design and implement patient-centered, effective treatment plans using appropriate modalities. Assess the patient's ability to safely perform independent living skills. Document patient progress, monitor, and modify the plan of care as necessary. Minimum requirement of 3 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Occupational Therapy (OT) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required. A valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-year acute care experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
