This role will cover both Tennessee and Georgia. The Occupational Safety Analyst will ensure that the site complies with Environmental Health and Safety Legislation and operates within the internal Global Environmental, Health and Safety Management System. They will provide expert guidance on all safety and environment-related matters, offering information, advice, and coaching on relevant legislation and internal EHS systems, as well as reinforcing site standards. The analyst will own multiple standards within the Health and Safety model, including Incident Investigation and Risk Assessment, and provide regular coaching to other standard Duty Holders. They will be an active member of the site EHS committee team and participate in daily and weekly processes. The role involves assisting the site Management Team and Standard Holders to meet site targets for risk management and accident reduction, and driving a proactive safety culture through effective communication and continuous improvement. Additionally, the analyst will partner with operations leaders to conduct effective investigations and develop sustainable plans to prevent reoccurrence, and support change management projects to ensure safety is designed in and projects are safely executed.
