Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Establish, implement, and maintain Contractor Occupational Reliability Program (ORP).
  • Identify positions requiring ORP certification per AR 190-11 and local guidance.
  • Conduct background checks, interviews, documentation validation and maintain secure files.
  • Track and ensure 100% compliance with required training: AT Level I, OPSEC, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120, 40 CFR 265.16, 49 CFR 172.704.
  • Maintain Sexual Assault & Sexual Harassment Training Plan (PM-10).
  • Submit certificates to COR within mandated timelines (10 days or as specified).
  • Maintain training documentation onsite for Government inspection.
  • Support Service Contract Act Reporting (SAM.gov submission).
  • Develop and maintain Quality Control Plan (QCP) training elements.
  • Coordinate with KO/COR for approval of Government-directed training.
  • Develops initial internal HMSO SOP within 30 days of contract award (training components).
  • Coordinates quarterly personnel roster updates (CDRL PM-01).
  • Ensures physical readiness documentation compliance for assigned workforce.
