Come support our DC network by providing aide to our associates working with our distribution center! Play a key role on our leadership team in the partnership with Operations and Facilities to put new health and safety practices in the facility, maintain current standards, and log/coordinate healthcare aide if incidents occur. Provide treatment to associates with work-related injuries or illnesses. Act as the point-person for workers compensation claims and lead all aspects of the case management. Support our various Safety and Wellness programs! Review all first reports of injury. Communicate and maintain working relationship with Associates, medical providers, treating physicians, insurance carriers, and corporate partners.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Nursing, LPNs will be considered, experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of +3 years Occupational Health experience in a Distribution or Manufacturing setting.
  • Good knowledge of occupational health principles.
  • Prior experience handling worker's compensation, medical leave cases, and associate wellness programs.
  • Certified in CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, which includes being on-call for consultations.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is strong preferred, but not required.
