About The Position

Well-established Occupational Medicine practice seeks a full-time physician. The practice includes one physician, one APP, and dedicated, robust clinical staff. This role offers the opportunity for mentorship with seasoned providers, excellent work/life balance with very minimal call, and the chance to engage with the Ministry Employee Health on new initiatives. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Enjoy working in a newly renovated clinic.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree.
• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
• Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
