About The Position

RieLes Group is seeking a highly experienced Occupational Medicine Contract / Project Manager to support OSHA's Office of Occupational Medicine and Nursing (OOMN). This role is ideal for physicians who can provide both clinical occupational medicine expertise and program leadership/management support. The contractor will support OSHA's Medical Examination Program (OMEP), review medical surveillance examinations, determine fitness-for-duty status for OSHA personnel, and provide consultation on enforcement-related occupational health matters. The work is performed remotely utilizing Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and secure DOL network access.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience
  • Experience managing healthcare, occupational health, or federal contracts preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables
  • Federal Occupational Health Physicians
  • Candidates comfortable working on Eastern Time business hours

Nice To Haves

  • An experienced Occupational Medicine Physician with Medical Director, Occupational Health Director, or Program Manager experience who can perform both the Full-Time Physician role and the Contract/Project Manager responsibilities, providing clinical leadership and contract oversight under a single resource

Responsibilities
