About The Position

Serves as the subject matter expert for occupational health and drug testing services while overseeing the day-to-day administration of the organization's occupational health program. Coordinates vendor partnerships, compliance processes, and service implementations to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and strategic thinking to identify solutions and mitigate operational risks.
  • Highly organized and able to respond to multiple inquiries in a quick, professional manner.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with vendors, clients, leadership, and team members.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a portfolio of customer projects and/or other internal inquiries to meet established deadlines.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and decisive problem solving skills to support efficient operational outcomes.
  • Thrive in a high-speed work environment while adapting to changing business initiatives.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to manage tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all available occupational health services and drug testing panels, including result options, analytes, and cost levels by tier or site type to ensure accurate ordering, pricing integrity, and consistent service delivery across clients.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to identify, evaluate, draft, recommend, and implement new products or solutions, ensuring appropriate documentation, training, and communication to support business growth and operational scalability.
  • Monitor industry developments and vendor announcements to identify new products, services, or features, and prepare documentation for leadership review and consideration to keep the organization competitive and compliant with evolving standards.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external sites and vendors; document and oversee manual processes (e.g., paper chain-of-custody forms) to ensure services are delivered accurately and on schedule to reduce service disruptions and mitigate compliance risk.
  • Administer and maintain the organization's random drug testing and oral fluid programs, ensuring a consistent and high-quality client experience.
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and allocate fees to client accounts to support operational profitability and sustainability.
  • Define project scope, develop timelines for new initiatives, and maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of internal processes, policies, and projects to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of Business Solutions regarding program performance, vendor issues, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed of current organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development through continuous training and education.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
