About The Position
Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), a certified WBE with over 35 years of nationwide occupational health experience, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for our Independence, MO location. MMC delivers industry-leading occupational medical and risk-management services with a strong focus on worker physical and mental well-being.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (active state license required)
- Doctorate or master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Experience in occupational health or similar setting
- OSHA-30 within 90 days (company provided)
Nice To Haves
- Industrial/emergency experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop treatment plans and support case management for work-related and non-work-related injuries
- Create and deliver ergonomic education and proper body-mechanics training
- Evaluate injury risks weekly and report findings to MMC management
- Consult with employees regarding injury concerns
- Partner with Safety and MMC leadership to develop wellness initiatives
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend proactive injury-prevention strategies
