Requirements

Current RN license in the state of Tennessee
BLS Certification
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
3–5 years of nursing experience
Working knowledge of OSHA, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation regulations
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
Emotional intelligence — you lead with empathy, regulate under pressure, and communicate with purpose

Nice To Haves

Occupational health background strongly preferred
Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Hearing Conservation, or Spirometry

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive occupational health services — from first aid and triage to physicals, screenings, and medical surveillance
Assess and manage work-related injuries and illnesses, supporting return-to-work with clarity and care
Respond to medical emergencies on-site and coordinate seamlessly with local hospitals and EMS
Provide case management that balances clinical expertise with client policies and employee advocacy
Champion wellness and health promotion programs that keep employees engaged and thriving
Collaborate with client leadership on special projects and deliver impactful employee education
