About The Position

Nurse Coordinator – Washington, DC (Full-Time) at ATF Occupational Health Center | Spectrum Healthcare Resources. This role offers a consistent Monday-Friday, daytime schedule (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Requirements

  • 2+ years of clinical RN experience
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
  • Active RN license (DC or eligible)
  • BLS certification required
  • Comfortable working independently in an outpatient setting
  • Must be able to successfully complete a lengthy federal government credentialing process, including obtaining a federal clearance level and background requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care for minor injuries and routine illnesses
  • Perform preventive services, including immunizations and health screenings
  • Deliver basic emergency response (BLS/CPR) when needed
  • Educate patients on wellness and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient, high-quality care
