Requirements

• Full-time position supporting a large portfolio (360 units) of family housing in Dorchester and Roxbury, MA.
• Work hours are 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (some evenings and weekends as needed).

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all households are recertified on an annual and interim basis and are in compliance with affordable housing program regulations.
• Processing move-ins/move-outs.
• Assisting with rent collections.
• Providing support to residents.
• Filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks to support the office.
