Occupancy Specialist Region 142- Tennessee DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Create and maintain a customer centered service culture by demonstrating proactive hospitality with prospects, residents, family members and fellow community associates. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to our residents, owners/investors, and other associates. Train community level associates, process, and evaluate resident compliance files as assigned. Work with Marketing Department to drive occupancy. Always maintain thorough knowledge of company policies. Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled to meet and exceed expectations. Demonstrate the ability to resolve resident complaints timely. Support the community team to ensure each resident file is in compliance with all SHFA commitments and any other governmental, lender, and investment commitments. Road Warrior – must be willing to travel within region as assigned. Conduct new hire on-site training and follow-up training as required within the Region. Attend HUD, RD, and LIHTC Audits as requested. Work with new lease-up properties. Execute the core values of the company. Build relationships and provide support to field teams.
