About The Position

This role involves coaching and developing OU Student Mascot Performers. The coach will plan and lead practices, training sessions, and evaluations. They will also schedule appearances at athletics and community engagement events, and collaborate with marketing, fan engagement, and spirit staff to develop mascot skits and in-game entertainment. Maintaining mascot character standards, traditions, safety, and costume care is also a key responsibility.
