About The Position
Bassett Healthcare Network, in central New York is seeking a BC/BE Obstetrician/Gynecologist PM Hospitalist to join our staff. The faculty practice consists of 8 Physicians, 8 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APC) and 6 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM). This is a hospital-employed position with a competitive salary, paid malpractice insurance, and moving allowance. The role involves 12-hour shifts from 8 PM to 8 AM, averaging 14 per month over 26 weeks per year. There is 24-hour in-house anesthesia and midwifery support. The position is dedicated to teaching medical students and surgical and medical residents, with an academic appointment with Columbia University. An integrated EPIC Electronic Health Record is utilized.
Requirements
- MD, DO, or MBBS
- ABOG Certification
- New York State Licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- NLS Certification
