KBR is seeking an Obsolescence Manager for a fast-paced and dynamic role supporting the PATRIOT and IBCS weapon systems. The candidate will be responsible for conducting broad industrial research to identify hardware obsolescence mitigation strategies in each of the managed major end items. Candidates will use multiple datasets and tools to drive design changes with prime contractors. The candidate will prepare briefings to senior leaders and lead bi-weekly IPTs to communicate changes across both IFMC and PGSE project offices. The Obsolescence Manager will organize and lead a semiannual program level meetings, presenting top design changes and possible courses of action to FMS system users and PAE Fires leadership. The Obsolescence Manager is a key member of Performance Management Directorate, that will interface with Hardware and International Programs Teams.
