About The Position
We’re hiring an Observation PCU RN in Fort Myers / Cape Coral, Florida who wants strong earning potential, relocation support, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospital environment. You’ll step into an acute care role focused on caring for short-stay, telemetry-monitored patients who require rapid assessment, treatment, and discharge coordination. You’ll work within a structured progressive care environment while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse or eligible for Florida licensure
- At least 1 year of recent PCU or Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Comfortable with telemetry monitoring
- Thrive in high-turnover, fast-paced environments
- Value teamwork and patient-centered care
